微通道沸腾实验研究

摘要随着科技的进步,微通道换热在电子及微型系统中的应用越来越广。传统的风冷,即增加对流流和散热面积已经不能满足产品的需求,所以,微通道换热孕育而生。本文旨在研究普通的微通道沸腾传热特性和流动特性。传热特性主要研究热流密度,换热量。而对于流动特性呢,可通过观察流态转变,并计算和分析得到微通道内的压力损失。86828

本文综合考虑了其他本领域的著名实验,设计了一套以水为工质,并且可以测量微通道内压力,温度的实验台。在微通道的设计方面,本次实验采用线性切割法对铜表面进行加工,微通道单槽深0。8mm,宽0。3mm,截面为矩形,总共有30个通道,水利直径为369;在实验台搭建中,遇到了许多困难,但都一一解决了,积累了很多实践经验。

对于换热特性方面,实验结果表明随着过热度的增加,通道表面的热流密度也增大;在沸腾时,进出口的压力震荡较未沸腾时更加明显。实验得到微通道沸腾换热时的压力损失会随着质量流量和热流密度的增大而增大;沸腾曲线随着过热度的增大,也呈现不同的变化趋势。

Abstract With the progress of science and technology, micro-channel heat transfer in the application of electronics and micro system is more and more widely。 The traditional air cooling。 Increase the flow and heat convection area already can't meet the demand of the products ,So, micro-channel heat is produced 。The purpose of this paper is to study boiling heat transfer characteristics and flow characteristics in common。 Heat transfer characteristics research heat flux, heat transfer。 For the flow characteristics, can the change of flow pattern was studied by visualization and the change of the flow pattern, the pressure inside the micro channels is obtained by calculation and analysis of the loss。

In this paper, considering the other famous experiment in the field of this, Design a set of water as the working medium, and can measure the pressure in the micro-channel, temperature of the test bench。 The following is the main work content of the study test bench design。 We design a can satisfy the purpose of the experiment of the test bench, This experiment adopts linear cutting method was carried out on the surface of copper processing, micro-channel single groove depth of 0。8 mm, 0。3 mm wide, cross section of rectangle, a total of 30, the hydraulic diameter of 369。 the construction of the test bench。 In the building, encountered many difficulties, but all solved, accumulated a lot of practical experience。Get a slightly boiling heat transfer and stress change rule; When boiling, import and export of pressure shock when the more obvious the more boiling, indicating that boiling heat transfer, the movement of the bubbles have a huge impact on the whole process of heat transfer。
