摘 要：企业的财务战略管理，就是财务战略的制定、操作和总结的过程，是整个企业经营活动成败的关键，它能够给企业创造一个稳定、持续的发展空间。财务战略管理包括筹资战略管理、改善资产结构战略管理、收付平衡战略管理等，它具有整体性、长远性、风险性和持久性的特点。本文结合华为公司的财务战略管理的实例，对当前华为的财务管理战略的方法与成效进行分析，为企业制定财务战略提供参考。93982
