摘  要：随着全球经济的缓慢复苏，企业的人力成本快速增加，企业用人问题引起全社会的关注，如何在不增加用人数量的基础上提升企业一线工人绩效值得研究。作者通过参与观察和访谈的方法，研究发现淮安睿龙针织厂一线工人绩效低下的原因主要集中于绩效考核、技能培训、沟通、激励四个方面方面，基于此，文章将从绩效考核制度、技能培训系统、有效沟通、科学激励四个方面构建针对性策略，有效提升淮安睿龙针织厂一线工人工作绩效。93717

Study on the Path of Performance Improvement of Front-line Workers in Huai’an Ruilong Knitting Factory

Abstract: With the slow recovery of the global economy, the rapid increase of the enterprise labor costs, enterprises with problems caused by the attention of the whole society, how to improve enterprise performance worthy of front-line workers based on the amount of increase。 The author through the method of participant observation and interviews, the research found the cause of the poor performance of Huai’an Ruilong line workers knitting factory mainly focused on performance appraisal, skills training, communication, motivation four aspects, based on this, the article from the performance appraisal system, training system, effective communication and scientific incentive four aspects to construct targeted Huai’an Ruilong strategy, effectively enhance the work performance of front-line workers knitting factory。
