摘 要：近些年，公司运营管理失败或公司中高级管理层违法乱纪使得公司破产倒闭的情况愈益增多，公司资金赞助方与公司资金股权所有者承受了很大损失后将其归责于注册会计师汇报情况的不实，对注册会计师提出了赔偿要求。基于这样的情况，本篇文章将以天丰节能IPO项目为例，结合注册会计师责任理论，从民事、刑事、行政责任的角度阐明从业者的责任承担情况与例子里注册会计师的责任情况，进而提出解决问题的办法。93026
