摘 要: 资金是企业生产经营业务中的物质基础，筹资是为了满足企业经营发展，筹措和获取所需资金的一种行为。而建筑业中特别是房地产企业资金需求的日益增加，相关企业在资金筹集以及对筹集资金的管理等方面，往往存在着筹资难、筹资管理不善等一些问题，这极大的制约着企业的健康发展。本文以江苏德惠建设集团有限公司为例，利用理论知识和实证分析相结合的方式，首先对该公司筹集资金管理过程中存在的问题做了研究，然后对相关问题的原因从外部和内部两方面做了分析，最后提出了解决企业筹资难的相应的解决措施以及并对行业未来发展做了预测。92537
