摘  要：个人所得税指对个人获取的各项应税所得而开征的一类税，属于大多数国家极其关键的税种之一，它在我国也是增长最迅捷的一个税种。作为直接税，个人所得税是当今税收制度的重要构成要素，它在分配收入、提高财政收入以及维系经济增长层面上都至关重要。妥当地征收个人所得税不但可以增长市场经济的蓬勃发展，而且还维护了整个社会的公正和安定。尽管个人所得税已历经多次改革，一些地方还得做出改善与进步。本文主要分为四部分。第一部分是绪论，描述了个人所得税的研究背景和研究意义；第二部分讲述了个人所得税的历史和现状；第三部分主要分析了我国现行个人所得税制度所存在的一些问题；第四部分则为完善个人所得税的建议。92417

Abstract:Inpidual income tax is a taxable income tax levied to the personal,it is one of the most important categories of taxes in many countries,and one of the most rapid development in our country。 As a direct taxation, Inpidual income tax is an important element of the current tax system, the increase in revenue and stability and economic growth have very important role。 Better to impose inpidual income tax can not only promote the market economic prosperty,but also ensure social fairness and stability。By several tax reform although, some places need to be improved。This article is pided into four parts。the first part is introduction,This part discusses the
