摘  要：事业单位是一种社会服务组织，它是国家从社会公益的角度出发，由政府机关设立，从事科教文卫工作的机构。在2012年4月16日，国家发布了《中央、国务院关于分类推进事业单位改革的指导意见》。事业单位改革作为行政管理体制改革的重点之一。本文即在此背景下通过全面分析事业单位财务管理的现状、存在的问题，并重点分析具有地方公益性性质的全额拨款事业单位，即茅山新四军纪念馆的财务管理的现状及其存在的问题，以及出现问题的原因。为茅山新四军纪念馆在当前事业单位改革的背景下解决其财务管理中的问题提出具有可行性的解决对策。92330
