摘要：现金股利政策对投资者和市场会有不同的影响,我国上市公司的治理和宏观经济证券立法、监管和规范方面存在的问题,导致我国上市公司的现金股利政策有很多问题。本文在研究现金股利政策的基本类型和中国上市公司的股利政策的特点基础上,分析公司的现金股利政策现状及影响根源，就如何完善我国上市公司现金股利政策提出了建议。91736
