摘 要：零售业作为商品流通过程的最后一个环节，它与消费者联系紧密，是扩大内需的 必然途径，也影响着整个企业的发展情况。改革开放程度不断加深，外资零售业不断登陆 国内市场，这对中国传统零售业带来了很大的冲击，虽然也有部分中小零售企业不断发展 壮大，但国内零售企业未来的发展道路仍举步维艰。论文分为五大部分。第一部分是引言。 第二部分主要介绍了 SWOT 分析理论的基本原理和步骤。第三部分阐述了河南大张实业有 限公司的现状，并作出 SWOT 分析，了解企业内部的优点与缺点以及外部环境所带来的机 会与威胁。第四部分通过对该企业的现状分析，指出企业目前发展过程中所存在的问题。 第五部分针对提出的问题作出解决对策。85901

Abstract：Retail is the final link of a process of commodity circulation,on the one hand,it is the inevitable way to expand domestic demand, on the other hand, it connects consumers closely and affects the development of the whole enterprise。 With the deepening of reform and opening up and the continuous landing of foreign retail industry, it brings great impact on Chinese traditional retail industry, some small and medium-sized retail enterprises are developing and expanding, but the future development of domestic retail enterprises is still difficult。 The paper is pided into five parts。 The first part is the introduction。 The second part mainly introduces the related theory。 The third part expounds the present situation of Henan Dazhang industry co。, ltd。and makes SWOT analysis to understand the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise,the opportunities and threats brought by the external environment。 The fourth part analyzes the status of the enterprise, points out the problems of the enterprise。 The fifth part deals with the countermeasures。
