电子商务背景下财务管理模式的构建

摘要：以 Internet（互联网）、Intranet（企业内部网）和 VAN（增值网）为媒介做电子化交易、服务活动的叫电子商务，或简称之为电商。不同于传统电子商务活动，电子商务在商务活动的各个环节，都是在转为电子化、变得网络化。改变随时间而来，如今的商务活动环境有了巨大的变化，传统的那一套财务管理理论，在成熟的电子商务环境下，显出很大的疲态，也多了很多漏洞。是时候拿出新型的财务管理模式构建方案，为今天的经济发展给上足够的推力，而这要从根源上探讨起。本文沿电子商务数十年之发展脉络而行，徐徐回望兼而畅想，浅谈环境之于传统财务管理的影响，结合时下热门的大数据、云计算建立财务管理创新模型，立于实例而谈可行，基于理论而谈建议，力求深层次、多方面、有新意地去探究新型财务管理模式。 85819
