智力资本的企业运用及对策研究

摘要：随着全球经济的迅猛发展，信息科学技术逐步体现出它的竞争优势，而知识经济作为信息科技发展的重要形式正悄然兴起，在这一背景下，土地、劳动等要素不再控制着经济发展的全部生产要素，知识要素的作用逐渐体现。现代企业将智力资本的核算与发展作为创造价值的重要手段，而智力资本会计主要以知识要素作为核算依据。本文基于对智力资本的理论基础概述和智力资本会计、人力资源会计、无形资产会计的辨别分析了计量与发展智力资本会计的客观必然性，并着重从智力资本计量、报告方面探究了智力资本在企业中具体运用。以用友软件智力资本计量的案例计算并剖析了智力资本计量在企业发展过程中的必要性。当然，企业在运用智力资本的过程中存在计量与报告上的问题，本文就企业智力资本系统的运用中存在的问题提出了具体的完善对策及建议。85553

Abstract：With the rapid development of the global economy, information technology gradually reflects its competitive advantage,Knowledge economy is quietly emerging。In this context,Land, labor and other factors no longer control the overall production factors of economic development, and the role of knowledge is gradually reflected。Modern enterprises regard the accounting and development of intellectual capital as an important means to create value。This paper is based on the theoretical basis of intellectual capital and the identification of intellectual capital accounting, human resource accounting and intangible assets accounting to analyzes the objective necessity of measuring and developing intellectual capital accounting, and probes into the concrete application of intellectual capital in enterprises from the aspects of intellectual capital measurement and reporting。This paper calculates and analyzes the necessity of intellectual capital measurement in the process of enterprise development with the case of UFIDA intellectual capital measurement。This paper puts forward some concrete countermeasures and suggestions on the problems existing in the application of enterprise intellectual capital system。
