摘要：由于物质生活得到了满足，人们开始注重精神生活，旅游便成为了大多数人的首选。而酒店系统作为旅游业不可分割的一部分近年来也得到了迅速的发展。但是由于现今中国现代化的速度越来越快，酒店依靠传统的管理方式已经无法达到现今社会的需求，所以许多酒店管理者开始考虑改变传统的管理方式。在当今的信息化时代，酒店管理人员开始意识到酒店信息化管理的重要性，开发对应的管理系统便成为我国酒店行业的必然选择。一个合适的管理系统对于提高员工工作效率、提升酒店服务水平和提高酒店的竞争力具有重要的意义。82254
本文是针对目前酒店业务需求，开发的一个基于B/S模式（Browser/Server，浏览器/服务器模式）的客房预订程序。主要采用ASP。NET技术，以C#为主要开发语言，以SQL Server 2014数据库软件提供对软件数据的支撑。实现了前台页面显示、会员的注册与登陆、客房的预定、客房管理以及系统维护等功能。
本课题提高了员工工作效率、节省了顾客时间、降低了职员工作压力、实现了客房的在线预订功能，对促进酒店改变传统管理模式有着积极作用。

Design and Implementation of Room Reservation System
Abstract: With the significant increase in the economic and inpiduals’ income。, they are more focusing to their spiritual life 。Traveling, which is one of the optative ways to increase citizens’ happiness and satisfaction, is becoming more and more common in the modern society。 The significant increase in the demand for tourism is also pulling correlated industries developing dramatically。 The most basic example is the increasing consumption of hotels which leads to the high pressure to the hotel information system。 In the modern society, traditional hotel management system cannot fulfill the role of convincing, confidence and efficiency。 Therefore, it is necessary for the hotel manager to create or change a new management information system to provide the highest level of employee working condition and customers' service experience thus increase the competitiveness of the hotel。
This research aims to create a hotel booking system based on Browser/Server model to fulfill the needs of hotels。 The system uses ASP。NET as the fundamental building framework with the SQL Server 2014 for the data supporting and C# as the application development language。 The booking system software can realize front-desk display, login service, booking, room managing, as well as system, maintains。
The research increases employees' working efficiency and decreases their working pressure。 Also, the system provides a faster and convenience way to the customers who can book rooms online and time-saving。 The significance of the management system can provide a positive effect when a hotel is changing their management system。
