摘要：进入21世纪，我们对于计算机技术有了非常快速的发展，以前只能靠大量人工来完成的事务，现在人们大多利用计算机来解决它们。在以前公司企业的人事管理基本都是采用人力来处理，费时费力还容易出错。因此，企业现在基本都应用计算机来完成人事管理。开发一个拥有众多功能，易于操作且界面友好的综合办公应用软件人事管理系统有着比较大的意义。人事管理系统，它具有着一切应用系统的特点，具体直观，开发应用简便，web页面的操作也方便简洁。本论文主要介绍综合办公应用软件人事管理研发的系统的架构，以及程序设计与开发的整个过程。论文中运用了数据流图，E-R图，系统功能模块，与程序的详细说明来进行了综合办公应用软件中人事管理研发的分析。81842
