该教师考核系统是针对学院考核制度开发的一款以填写绩效为基础（涉及到教师的登录，填写信息，领导审核等）的信息管理软件。它利用当前互联网的高效性，便捷性，取代了人工管理的低效性，代替了纸张的易损性，能够很大程度上满足需求，节约社会资源，降低成本，实现利益的最大化。该教师考核系统是以Tomcat为服务器、Nginx服务器代理，MySQL为数据库，建立在B/S模式下，采用单页面技术建立的。
