本系统在设计时共分为普通用户和管理员两大模块，在普通用户模块，拥有购买、出售、查看记录等功能；在管理员模块，管理员可以对书籍、用户和订单进行管理操作。系统是用Java语言进行开发的，使用SSH框架，以B/S结构对网站进行整体设计，基于MVC设计模式处理数据请求，采用cookie实现购物车功能，数据库使用的是MySQL数据库，采用session技术使用户保持登录状态，为了减少大量数据请求本系统使用分页机制，一次只取少量数据。
