摘要近年来，WebGIS技术迅速发展，并广泛应用于土地资源管理领域当中。本文旨在探索和研究利用WebGIS技术与百度地图API相结合的方式开发土地出让价格查询系统，并以南京市土地出让价格实际数据加以应用进行探索研究。用WebGIS与百度地图结合的方式更易于直观的显示土地出让信息，便于人们对土地出让价格的查询，使人们对土地出让价格信息有进一步的认识和理解。系统是基于Visual Studio2015开发平台及其C#语言，在MVC框架基础上开发应用型的WebGIS土地出让价格查询系统，系统具有五大功能模块：①地图模块，采用百度地图的Javascript API进行编写；②数据信息列表展示模块，MVC框架自动生成；③楼市信息模块；④土地出让成交对比模块；⑤土地成交趋势数据统计模块。文中对系统内容各模块显示进行了详细的论述，同时给出了百度地图显示方法和土地出让查询方法的核心源代码。77672

Abstract In recent years, WebGIS technology has developed rapidly and been widely used in the area of land resources management in our country。 The purpose of this paper is to explore the use of WebGIS technology combined with Baidu map API and the development of query system of land transfer price with practical data of Nanjing land transfer price。 With the combination of WebGIS and Baidu map, it is easier for people to find out the information of land transfer directly, so they can find the land transfer price easily。 Therefore, people can have a deep understanding of land transfer price information。 The WebGIS land transfer price inquiry system is based on visual studio 2015 development platform, C# language and MVC framework foundation。 This system has five function modules。 First is map module, written by Javascript API of Baidu map。 Second is data information list display module, in which MVC framework generates automatically。 Third is real estate market information module。 Fourth is land transfer comparison module。 Fifth is data statistics of land transaction trend module。 This paper gives a detailed description of each module in the system。 At the same time, it gives the core source code of the Baidu map display methods and land transfer inquiry methods。
