摘 要传统的点餐是服务员拿菜单记录顾客所点的菜品,随之将菜单送到厨房。这个点菜过程效率低下,费时又费力,而且成本大,还会出错,影响客户就餐。如果所有的点单、加餐、买单在网上就能够进行,就能节省餐厅人员的时间,在提高工作效率的同时,也提升了服务质量。各大高校中的餐饮业的主要服务对象为学校学生和工作人员,这部分客户大多拥有个人电脑或办公电脑,用餐时要求菜肴类丰富、便宜、快速,根据目前高校餐饮业的现状和发展,本文设计了一种基于BS的饭店点餐系统,解决了餐饮业效率低下的点餐问题。77406
Abstract The traditional ordering method is the waiter took the menu to record what the customers need, and the menu will be sent to the kitchen。This order process is inefficient and will make mistakes, affecting customers having dinner。If ordering and paying can be carried out together on the internet,it can save the time for both the restaurant staff and their customers with improving the efficiency and quality of restaurant services。 For the food service in colleges or universities, the main customers includes the students as well as the school staff。 Generally, both of them have personal computers or office computers。So when they are having dinner,the cheaper and faster food-ordering service becomes very efficient for them。According to the present situation and development of the catering industry in colleges and universities,a dishing-ordering system is developed for colleges and universities based on B/S structure to solve the problems of low efficiency of the catering industry。
