摘要随着我国社会经济的发展，重大工程的建设越来越频繁。重大工程的建设会对社会、生态环境等方面产生影响，甚至会引发社会群体性事件，危害社会的和谐稳定。因此， 有必要在建设重大工程前对其进行科学的风险评价。本文介绍了目前国内外风险评价的 发展情况，并且详细介绍了一种将层次分析法和模糊评价法综合运用的方法，对工程建 设风险进行合理有效的评价。此外本文还给出了一个关于高层建筑工程项目风险评价的 例子，说明了该方法的实际应用。 77317

Title The Application of Analytic Hierarchy Process And Fuzzy Evaluation Method In The Risk Assessment of Major Project
Abstract With the development of social economy in our country, the construction of major projects is more and more frequent。 The construction of major projects will have a serious impact on society, ecology and other aspects, and even lead to social group events。 This will be harmful to social harmony and stability。 Therefore, it is necessary to make scientific risk assessments before the construction of major projects。 This paper introduces the development of risk assessment at home and abroad, and introduces a method of comprehensive application of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation method, and makes a reasonable and effective evaluation of the risk of engineering construction。 In addition, an example of risk assessment of high rise building project is given to illustrate the practical application of this method。

1。1 研究背景及意义
随着我国社会经济的飞速发展，时常需要建设一些重大的工程项目，重大工程项目是指 有一定的建设规模，对所在地民众有相关的社会经济、文化、生态环境有影响的工程项目。 而一些重大工程项目的建设和运营则会给所在地区造成重大的影响。在进行项目建设之前， 有必要对其安全风险进行科学的评估，更好的确保重大项目能够顺利实施。
本课题的目标是综合利用层次分析法和模糊评价法对这些关系国计民生的重大工程进行 完整全面的评估。力求对重大工程项目的风险大小进行一个精确的评价。
