asp.net学院学术成果登记系统设计与实现

摘要：随着淮阴师范学院计算机科学与技术学院在校教师和学生科研成果、教学成果及获奖的不断增加，因此带来了资料众多、分类管理杂乱、统计分析工作繁杂等问题。为了方便统计和分析我院科研成果情况，由此开发设计了一套符合我院实际情况的科研成果登记与管理系统。本系统基于ASP.NET搭配MySQL sever数据库系统，前端应用程序采用C#开发。通过实验测试，本系统能够有效地将科研成果、教学成果及获奖情况登记到相应的数据库中，并能够对其进行动态管理和维护。论文主要介绍了系统的分析、设计和实现的过程，重点讲解了添加、查找、修改、删除、导出Excel功能的实现。54946

Abstract：With the increasing scientific research, teaching achievements and the awarding of the teachers and students in the Computer Science and Technology of Huaiyin Normal University， it brings numerous classification management, statistical analysis of the random complex etc.In order to facilitate the statistics and analyze the scientific research achievements of our college,I designed a set of scientific research management system of registration which accorded on the actual situation of our college.This system matches with MySQL sever database system based on ASP.NET,The front-end application program puts C# in use.Through the experimental test,The system effectively combines the achievements in scientific research,teaching achievements and awards registration to the corresponding database.It can carry out dynamic management and maintain the database.This paper mainly introduced the system analysis, design and implementation process, meanwhile focusing on the realization of adding, searching, modifying, deleting, exporting Excel function.

1 前言

1.1 开发背景及意义

随着计算机的普及和信息化的推广，信息化管理在高校管理中日益发挥强大的作用。而随着我院教师科研领域范围扩大，科研成果管理所涉及的事物越来越繁琐，各个教研室以及个人对科研信息的查询、统计等工作日益增多，因此我院迫切需要一个方便、快捷、安全、有效的平台来管理科研信息。通过信息化的手段对我院日常科研工作进行管理，整合科研工作流程，为决策层提供真实有效的科研信息依据，提升科研管理水平。

目前大多数高校科研管理工作，很大程度上还要依赖人工管理。使用Excel、Word等办公软件来处理大量数据，难以及时有效地掌握最新的科研情况，为科研管理增加了许多工作量，并给领导进行科学决策带来一定的负面影响。同时科研处和广大科研管理人员之间缺少一种快捷高效的沟通方式，所以科研成果登记与管理系统的构建是非常有必要的，该平台服务于学校教师的科研工作以及学生的获奖统计，为领导进行科研管理决策提供有利的信息支持，并有助于我院整体科研工作水平的提高。 asp.net学院学术成果登记系统设计与实现:http://www.youerw.com/jisuanji/lunwen_59200.html
