摘要：企业在信息化时代想要高速发展，必须提高企业自身的软件系统，尤其是软件企业。利用计算机的高效软件系统，增进了企业内部的管理工作，让企业的人力资源对未来的发展和规划进行的更有效率。企业人事管理OA系统的开发是企业内部办公系统的重要信息化系统之一，它涉及企业运作的方方面面，小到日常行政管理，大到人才的分配调整，使信息能够及时化处理，提高了工作效率，将企业的资源得到最优的配置。本套人力资源管理系统运用现代化的管理模式，通过有针对性研究结果，建立了一套适合软件企业自身的人力资源管理系统，主要的内容包括：办公区域、档案管理、服务区域、考勤管理等模块。本系统采用Active Server Page 编程，该编程语言具有易于生成、面向对象、兼容性好等特点，Active Server Page基础的开发语言简单易学，效率高功能强大。采用Access数据库，其优点在于可以用简单的方式进行存储，易于管理，界面操作容易，支持广泛，有利于扩展等。48952

Abstract：Enterprises in the information era requires high-speed development, we must enhance their own software systems, particularly software companies.
