基于二维条码技术的临床医嘱执行校对系统设计

运用二维码实现临床的医嘱执行校对有效的提高了护士的护理工作的准确性和工作效率,从医院的方面来说规范了护士的操作流程,减少了用药出错率,降低医疗差错及医疗事故发生率

摘要:随着医疗技术的发展以及医院的护理质量要求的提高,目前国内卫生系统正在大力推广优质护理工程,用药的准确性和用药周期的跟踪监控是其中的重点。运用二文码实现临床的医嘱执行校对有效的提高了护士的护理工作的准确性和工作效率,从医院的方面来说规范了护士的操作流程,减少了用药出错率,降低医疗差错及医疗事故发生率,带来了巨大的投资回报。
本论文主要工作与成果有:
第一,通常情况下医生下医嘱只是需要填写药品名称、频次、剂量和途径。临时医嘱一般是执行一次之后就停止了,但是长期医嘱有一个时间上的跨度,就需要对长期医嘱进行拆分,方便护士查看什么时间需要用什么药品,所以本文研究实现了一套针对医生所下医嘱拆分的方法,利用医嘱频次、剂量以及用药途径等规则,自动拆分长期医嘱,使得护士能够了解什么时间患者该用什么药。
第二,通过PDA识取输液瓶贴上二文条码的内容以及患者腕带上的二文条码获取住院号,实现核对用药患者——扫描医嘱二文条码——执行用药的流程,大大的规范了护士的操作规范,提高了护理工作效率,降低了用药错误的现象。7224
第三,通过统计护士执行医嘱的情况统计数据,在PDA上实现简单的用药统计和查询,方便护士长统计各个护士的绩效成绩。

Using Two Dimensional Barcode Technology in Clinical Orders Proofreading System Design
Abstract: With the development of medical technology, and improving hospital nursing quality requirements, the current domestic health systems are vigorously promote quality care project, the preparation and the accuracy of cycle track monitoring is one of the key. Use QR Code to achieve clinical orders proofread effectively improve the accuracy and efficiency of nursing work, from the hospital in terms of specification for nurses of operation process, reduce the error rate, reduce the incidence of medical negligence and medical accidents, a huge return on investment.
This paper main work and achievements are as follows:
First, usually the doctor order just need to fill in the name of drugs, frequency, dose and way. Temporary orders in general is executed once stopped, but the long-term orders, there is a span of time, you need to break up the doctor's advice for long-term, convenient nurse to check what time need to use what drugs, so this paper implements a set of doctor for the order split method, using the rules of frequency, the dose and the way to the doctor's advice, etc, automatic split orders for a long time, enables the nurse to know what time patients should use what kind of medicine.
Second, through the PDA is take infusion bottle labeled as the content of the two dimensional barcode and two-dimensional bar code patient wristbands for hospitalization, implementation check medication - scanning patients with ordered two dimensional barcode, perform the medication process, the big specification the nurse operation specification, improve the efficiency of nursing work, reduces the medication errors.
Third, through the statistics of the nurse executed the doctor's advice statistics, statistical and query on a PDA to realize simple medication, convenient statistics each head nurse nurse performance results.
