摘要本系统采用结构化与原型法结合的系统开发方法，整个系统分为2个角色：管理员和员工。其中管理员有最高权限。其下属模块分：员工管理、行政管理、个人邮件管理、交流中心管理、新闻公告管理、绩效考核管理、销售管理、角色管理、系统管理。员工模块分为：员工管理、行政管理、个人邮件管理、交流中心管理、新闻公告管理、绩效考核管理、销售管理、系统管理。
与此同时为了提高OA办公系统的安全性和稳定性，在系统的开发中采用了目前比较成熟的JSP+Tomcat+Mysql技术，合理划分系统逻辑模块和层次模块，最大限度降低系统的耦合度，在整个系统中，采用了Mysql作为后台数据库服务器，同时以Tomcat作为Web服务器，构建整个系统。46048
