摘要：    本系统主要针对企业领导对公司资金运行状况监管时效滞后的问题，通过将Web服务应用、数据库技术和财务管理等技术等相结合的方法，建立企业财务预警系统，达到预知危机的作用。本论文介绍了企业财务预警概念和原理以及在开发过程中所涉及的关键技术，重点描述本系统基本框架、业务模型、数据结构。实现了企业财务管理信息化的功能，减少了人工计算的工作量以及增加了财务数据的可靠性和可管理性。现在互联网技术蓬勃发展，越来越多的企业选择了利用先进的计算机技术，及时、全面、准确的获取财务信息。使用基于Web服务的财务预警系统将进一步完善企业的财务预警机制，加强信息管理，逐步实现财务预警工作的计算机化、智能化和动态化，提升财务管理的效率，避免财务风险的发生。6669

The Enterprise Financial Early Warning System
Abstract: The system mainly user is the leadership and the financial department person.In order to solve the problem of fund delay. Through the Web service applications, database technology and financial management technology to build enterprise financial early warning system. It can predict the effect of crisis. This paper describes the enterprise financial early  warning concepts and principles, as well as the key technologies. And describe the basic framework of the system, business models, data structures. The system can reduce the workload of the Manual calculation, and increases the reliability and manageability of financial data. Internet technology is booming right now, more and more businesses choose to use advanced computer technology, timely, comprehensive, and accurate financial information. Use the financial early warning system will further improve enterprise financial early warning mechanism, strengthen information management, and gradually achieve financial early warning of computers, intelligent and dynamic work, enhance the efficiency of financial management, avoid financial risks.
