摘要：随着人们生活水平的提高，住房水平也在不断的提升，各个物业公司之间的竞争不断扩大，但落后的管理模式阻碍了小区物业管理水平，因此开发一个智能的小区物业管理信息系统变得非常必要。此系统利用ASP.NET和SQL 2005数据库技术，用户管理模块能实现用户基本信息、物业收费、报修服务、投诉服务等，物业管理后台实现小区管理、楼盘管理、物业管理、设备管理、收费管理、停车管理、用户管理、系统管理等，节省了物业公司的人力物力。36382
