摘要：随着计算机技术的高速发展，现代化企业管理制度的建立，利用计算机实现企业人事管理的自动化逐渐成为一种主流趋势。企业人事管理是企业自动化管理的重要组成部分，企业人事劳资管理系统已成为企业日常管理的重要工具，为企业提供有效的信息和快捷的查询，高效的人事管理工具能够使管理人员专注于人力资源的发展和规划，大幅提升工作效率和水平。本文论述了基于Web的企业人事劳资管理系统的开发和设计过程，主要包括系统构成、系统需求分析、系统详细设计与实现、数据库的建立及功能模块的实现细节等。本系统使用扩展性较高的Java语言进行系统的开发，并采用了目前较为流行的B/S结构。前端页面主要使用JSP技术和JQuery脚本，后台服务器选用了经典的Struts2作为开发架构，服务器采用Apache的Tomcat，系统数据库采用MySQL。主要开发工具为MyEclipse，系统开发流程主要包括建立数据库、开发后台服务器程序和设计前端Web页面。系统目标为实现企业日常人事劳资管理的自动化。35028

Abstract: With the rapid development of computer technology, the establishment of the modern enterprise management system, using computer to realize enterprise personnel management automation gradually become a mainstream trend, enterprise personnel management is an important part of enterprise automation management. Enterprise personnel labour management system has become an important tool for enterprise's daily management, for enterprises to provide effective information and fast query, efficient personnel management can make managers can focus on human resources development and planning, improved the working efficiency and level.This article elaborated the personnel labour management system based on Web development and implementation process, including system structure, system requirements analysis, detailed design and implementation, the establishment of the database and function modules of the implementation details, etc. This system uses high extensibility of the Java language for system development, and USES the current popular B/S structure, the front page is mainly the use of JSP technology and JQuery scripts, choose classic Struts as a backend server development architecture, server using Apache’s Tomcat, the system uses the MySQL database, the main development tool for MyEclipse, mainly includes the process of system development database, development background services program and design the front-end Web page. System goals to achieve daily personnel Labour management of enterprise automation.
