摘要：本论文从可行性、需求分析、详细设计和测试等方面探讨分析了高校志愿者信息管理系统中组织与活动子系统的开发过程。该系统基于B/S结构，开发上利用Dreamweaver作为开发工具，前台采用ASP技术呈现Web页面，后台采用Microsoft Office Access 2003数据库保存系统数据信息。该子系统设置了多级权限，并提供了活动信息管理、活动组织安排以及活动人员管理等功能。该子系统满足了在Web页面上组织与活动子系统的实际需求，系统具有易于部署，操作简单等特点。30832

The Design and Implementation of Volunteer Information Management System
— Organization and Activities Subsystem
Abstract: This paper has discussed and analyzed the development of organization and activity subsystem in the collage volunteer information management system from the aspects which include feasibility, requirement analysis, detailed design and testing, etc. This system is based on B/S structure and Dreamweaver is employed to develop system. ASP technology is used to render front-end web pages and Microsoft Access 2003 database is used to hold the system data information. This system has owned a multi layered authority and provided many functions which include the activity information management, the activity organization and the personal activity management, etc. The subsystem has satisfied the actual needs of the organization and the activity subsystem in the form of the Web page, and it also has the characteristic of easy to deploy, simple to operation, etc.
