摘要随着近几年来，我国家庭装饰业的蓬勃发展，虽然取得很多很好的成绩，但是随着工程的扩大和工期的延长，很多问题都暴露了出来。目前，行业巨头们为了适应时代发展和思考取得更大利润空间，都纷纷把目光聚焦到装修施工的信息化管理上来。所以目前，如何有效的进行信息化地管理装修工程成为了当务之急。28215
本论文根据目前施工管理的现状找到目前该领域的不足，分析了其中的原因，并通过自己对目前装修施工管理的研究，具体分析了本毕设系统需要完成的功能。然后通过自己大学所掌握的知识，设计了施工管理所需的算法，完成了最重要的派工子系统，并最终形成可运行的程序文件。

Title Design and Implementation of the Construction Management System for the Decoration Company
Abstract
In recent years, the vigorous development of the family decoration industry in our country, it has achieved many good results, but with the extension of the project and duration of the project, many problems are exposed. At present, industry giants have to focus to the information management of the decoration constructions in order to adapt to the times development and get a greater profit space. So, how to carry out the information management and decoration engineering is a top priority right now.
In this paper, I found deficiencies in the field that are based on the current situation of construction management, analyzed the reasons, and all the functions that it needs through my research to the decoration construction management. Then I, using the knowledge of University, design the algorithm of construction management, complete the most important work subsystem, and form the executable program file.

1 引言
装修设计与人们的生活质量息息相关，近几年来，随着科学技术的发展，使得装修装饰行业迅速发展。但是装修装饰行业目前随着项目的扩大、工期的加长，很多问题逐渐暴露出来，比如，法律法规不健全、管理滞后、透明度不高等等。因此，我国的家庭装修这一行业想要得到长远的发展，必须加快该行业管理上的体制化改革，因此该行业的信息化管理系统也成为了当务之急。
目前国内装修市场很大，其中也有很多企业脱颖而出，比如九鼎装饰、紫名都等。在激烈的市场竞争环境下，如何占据更多的市场，如何提高公司的知名度以及如何创造更大的企业价值和社会价值，这些都是目前每个公司都在努力的和探索的。
