HTML5+Node.js物业管理系统设计

摘要：随着时代发展，居民不断追求更高的居住环境，住宅小区的物业管理工作也愈发繁忙，物业信息量也越来越大。因此，在飞速发展的互联网时代，物业管理系统对于物业管理工作是迫切需要的。该系统通过HBuilder平台，采用Node。js技术，结合HTML5和css语言，通过MongoDB创建数据库，设计开发了B/S模式的基于web的物业管理系统。该系统主要实现了用户注册、信息修改、密码修改、报修投诉、费用管理、公告留言等功能。将为社区物业服务工作提供一种方便、快捷和易于共享、交流的信息管理方式，可以较好地满足社区服务的实际需求，可以达到提升物业管理的工作效率和服务质量、降低物业管理成本的目的。91869
