摘   要目前，我国足球运动的水平还不是很高，自“足球学校、足球俱乐部”模式培养足球后备人未能取得很好效果之后，我国足球后备人才数量日益锐减。2009年4月，国家体育总局、教育部联合下发了《关于开展全国青少年校园足球活动的通知》及《全国青少年校园足球活动实施方案》,“校园足球”成为了当前培养我国足球后备人才最主要的方式之一。在中国足球运动的发展过程中，每个省市都有着不可推卸的责任，杭州市也不例外。因此本文通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法等方法，对杭州下沙小学生开展校园足球的现状进行了调研，在此基础上，分析存在的问题并提出相应的对策，以期对杭州下沙小学生校园足球运动的健康发展有提供参考。89392
