摘要最近这几年来，随着社会的发展和科学生产力的不断的进步。计算机已成为人们日常生活与工作中不可分割的一部分，对公司的发展来说更是如此。对企业来讲，对于员工的考勤管理是对企业的发展具有很重要的影响。但对于员工的考勤管理不仅需要大量的工作量，还需要时效性。过去，企业多采用签到或报表的形式对员工进行管理，但这样效率与透明度都较差，且很容易发生错误。所以，随着计算机的发展，通过计算机系统管理考勤已成为必然趋势。通过计算机系统管理考勤不仅为企业节省了大量人力物力，而且提高了效率以及减少了工作量。23518
本文以“基于J2EE通用考勤系统的设计与实现”为例。系统性的表达了考勤系统设计与开发的全过程。包括系统设计，模块构造，数据流程，各个功能模块的划分等部分。
本系统主要包括管理员和用户两大部分。功能主要包括信息管理，请假审核，签到功能，员工工资等。可以有效的提高管理考勤的效率，提高员工的积极性。
