摘要：该毕业设计是基于一个房产企业的管理平台系统而实现的。该系统主要是针对一家房产企业对于公司地产资源由于其信息量数据量较大，使得难以进行管理的问题，通过计算机科学信息技术来得以解决。本论介绍了JavaEE的概念和特性，结合WEB服务应用技术、MVC框架技术、数据库技术，以及网页前端技术完成B/S系统应用程序。本设计重点在于掌握房产企业资源管理、安全管理等业务逻辑，从而实现各项功能，达到减少人力、物力资源管理企业信息的效果。其中难点在于企业管理的需求理解，以及搭建系统框架的技术能力。 最终通过调研学习来解决问题完成企业信息的登记、审核等一系列管理流程，达到企业管理的计算机化目的。21874

Abstract: The design is based on a property management system. It makes use of information technology to solve a critical problem that the enterprise fails to manage its own property because of the large amount of information. The content introduces the knowledge about JavaEE, Web, MVC and Database, as well as, how to accomplish the mission of the whole project. The key to the design is getting a good command of the business logic .There is difficulty in understanding the entire demand as well as accomplishing the framework of the system. However, I make the information system involved with features of login,check,etc. come true in the end by studying how to manage a enterprise and computer technology.
