摘要：    本论文讨论了图片管理系统，从可行性分析、需求分析、概要设计、详细设计和测试等各方面探讨分析了C#语言环境下的系统的开发。该系统基于C#中的Bitmap类和GDI+技术相结合设计。开发上运用GDI+技术，前台采用C#.net里的控件技术呈现主界面，后台采用Microsoft office Access 2010数据库保存系统数据信息。本系统满足了在图片管理系统的实际需求，并能提供对文件进行对应操作和观察浏览记录等功能。支持对图片格式的操作。为整个系统提供图片管理的支持，能够让用户选择图片特效、图片调节和图片文字的操作。除此之外，还提供给用户查询修改过图像的信息、幻灯片放映图片、设置图片为桌面背景等功能。21089

The Development of Picture Management System
Abstract:    This paper discusses the image management system, from the feasibility analysis, requirements analysis, outline design, detailed design and testing analysis system developed under the C# environment. C#.net presents the main interface, the background using Microsoft office Access 2010 database to store data information system. This system meets the actual demand of the image management system, and can provide the corresponding operation and observation was carried out on the file browsing history, and other functions. This system also supports to the operation of the image format. It provides photo management support for the whole system, allows the user to select photo effects, images, adjust the operation of the text and images. In addition, the system also provides users with modified image information query, slide show pictures, set for the desktop background image.
