ASP.NET小区物业管理系统的设计+源代码

摘要：本文实际调查小区物业管理的流程，并结合ASP.NET的框架结构提出了基于.NET的小区物业管理系统的基本设计思想。论文先介绍了系统开发所需的环境及技术，然后对系统的需求进行了分析，又根据需求划分了系统功能模块，进行了数据库的设计，最后展示了系统的演示效果，从而实现了小区物业管理的功能。本系统采用B/S架构，使用C#开发语言及SQL Server 2005数据库，运行于Windows 7等服务器。该系统的开发，改变了传统的仅仅依靠人力的方法，物业管理员能够方便快捷的了解各种信息，大大提高了物业管理的效率。19610

Design and Realizas of Residential Property Management System Based on.NET
Abstract:In this paper, the actual survey of residential property management process, combined with the asp.net framework presents the basic design idea of property management system based on.NET cell.The paper first introduces the environment and technology required in system development, and then analyzes the system requirements. according to the demand, paper pides the function modules and designs the database, and then displays the system effection. At the last,the paper realizes the resdiental property management function.This system uses the B/S structure and uses C# development language and SQL Server 2005 database ,with runs on the Windows 7 server. Through the development of the system, can let the small tenants to understand their own living environment, it is important to change the residential property management in the process of manual operation, improving the efficiency of property management area.
