摘 要随着我国的经济快速发展，车辆总数也大幅增加，开车成为我国出行的新方式，停车越来越难也成为老百姓所关心的话题，移动网络的发展给与这种现象已新的解决思路与方法。本文主要研究基于智能手机APP的附近停车场方案，整个方案包括四个模块，分别为用户使用的APP、地推人员操作平台、商户操作平台和后台数据管理系统。停车场入口和出口的传感器通过ZIGBEE网关组成一个传感网，通过入口与出口车辆的差值运算，即可知停车场空余车位数量。所有停车数据都聚集到云端数据库，用户可以通过手机得知停车位的信息。拍摄入口通过OCR技术对驶入车辆的牌照号进行识别，与本地数据库内容数据进行比对，通过ZIGBEE信号来控制闸机。执行结果上传到云服务器，完成计费工作。这样附近停车场系统就可以通过移动网络数据实现用户停车问题。86457

Nearby parking smart phone APP based program
Summary This thesis mainly studys and analyzes a program called parking nearby,it is based on the smart phone APP and consists of four modules。The four modules are the APP for users,the platform for urban development managers,the platform for business platform and database management systems of backstage。 The sensors of the entrance and exit of parking area make up a sensor network by ZIGBEE gateway and you can know the number of free parking by computing the difference of the vehicle between inlet and outlet。Data will be aggregated to the cloud server and users can grasp the information of parking area by phone。Camera can capture the license plate by the technology of OCR and compare the data of cloud server with local data,it can also control gates by ZIGBEE signal。The result swill be uploaded to the cloud server and the system will calculate fees。Therefore,we can solve the problem of parking area over mobile network。

21世纪人类最伟大的发明之一就是智能手机，随着互联网科技的不断进步，智能手机也逐渐走入了千家万户。现在手机的设计也日益丰富，功能也越来越强大，手机的多功能性已经深入人心，渗透到我们生活的方方面面中去。
