摘要:河南是中国第一人口大省，电子商务在一定程度上推动了我省经济的建设与发展，其也越来越成为大多数企业、个人、政府的销售和购物方式。在这种看似繁荣景象的背后却隐藏着电子商务专业人才匮乏的尴尬境地。本文首先概括了电子商务的概念与特点和电商人才的概念与类型，通过搜集资料概括出我省电商人才方面存在的一些问题，例如我省电商人才存在结构性失衡、培养成本高、年龄偏小和管理体系不完善等问题。另外针对以上问题本文借鉴了杭州市的一些做法，根据我省的具体情况提出了一些解决措施，如完善制度体系、搭建信息平台、完善电商人才管理制度等措施。84335

Analysis and Countermeasure Research of the Present Situation of Electronic Commerce Talents in Henan Province

Abstract:Electronic business playes a more and more important role in the economic construction and development and it has gradually become the marketing and shopping ways of most enterprises, inpiduals and government in Henan province, a populous province。 But this seemingly prosperity behind hides the embarrassed reality, the lack of professional talents in electronic commerce: on the one hand, e-commerce in our province talent market demand is exuberant and each major, medium and small e-commerce enterprises are lack of talents of electronic business; on the other hand, most of the electronic commerce professional graduates can not find a satisfactory job even can not find a job。 There is a serious mismatch between the supply and demand of electronic business talents, which is the structural imbalance。 This paper collects a large amount of materials and data and points out the main reasons for the structural imbalance of e-commerce talents in our province and provides some countermeasures on the basis of the theory of human resources and electronic commerce,

河南省电子商务人才问题分析与对策研究

  前言

  河南省电子商务起步较早，90年代中期，电子商务在世界上刚开始兴起的时候，我省电子商务就已经崭露头角。1995年中国郑州粮食批发市场就创建了中华粮网（最早叫集诚现货网），现在，中华粮网是全国粮食行业最大的门户网站。1999年，省科技厅拨款成立的建筑装修行业电子商务网站也是当时全国最大的建材数据库。河南省电子商务在进入二十一世纪以来取得了飞速的发展。数据显示，在全省六十多家骨干企业中，电子商务交易额已经达到整个贸易交易额的百分之十。由此可见，电子商务的飞速发展为河南省经济的腾飞启动了引擎。目前电子商务正逐步向我省的大、中、小型企业深入。可见，电商行业的“春天”正在逐步到来。 河南省电子商务人才问题分析与对策研究:http://www.youerw.com/jingji/lunwen_99952.html
