移动互联网类上市公司的内在价值估计

摘要最近几年来，网络的快速发展和互联网的不断普及，我国的互联网企业迅速发展，其中包括许多到国外寻求资源的企业。互联网企业的飞速发展带动了经济的飞速增长，许多人开始关注这类行业，互联网企业的定价问题也成了许多人研究的热点。论文包括五个部分。首先,绪论部分介绍了本文整体的一个研究的内容和研究的一个方向。第二，阐述了现如今互联网公司的经营状况和具体的盈利模式。第三,说明了价值评估的基本理论和意义，介绍了几种价值评估方法并对它们进行了综合分析。第四,运用现金流量折现法和市场法分别对两个不同的公司进行评估;然后对计算结果进行合理性分析。最后是对自由现金流量法和市场法在企业价值评中应用的评价以及对全文的总结58927

ABSTRACT In recent years, the rapid development of the Internet and the growing popularity ofthe Internet, the rapid development of China's Internet business, which includes a numberof enterprises to seek resources abroad. 1 绪论1.1 选题的目的和意义公平公正的评价上市公司的内在价值，更好地促进公司的持续高效的发展；提高上市公司的估值在高新技术水平，更好地为债权人和投资者以及政府和其他利益相关者提供合理和客观的信息，这是主要目的。总的来说，主要的评估意义有以下三个方面：（1）企业经理人对企业进行财务管理的目标是最大程度地提高股东收入，通过对价值评估的研究可以使他们更具有价值管理想法，可以更好地促进股东财富最大化目标的实施；（2）所有企业并购都不能无价值评估，通过研究评估高科技上市公司可以提供高质量的信息支持，为企业兼并和收购进行更好地引导，提供咨询服务给风险投资者；（3）目前，上市的互联网公司绝大多数都是中小型企业公司，通过研究价值评估理论并且将理论付诸实践可以为这些中小企业的发展提供有效帮助。
1.2 研究内容、预计创新点和难点研究内容：首先介绍互联网公司价值评估的意义和内容，然后介绍了并分析了三种价值评估方法，分别是现金流折现法，市场法和成本法。选择两家公司并分别运用现金流折现法和市场法对它们进行价值评估，最后对评估结果进行合理性分析并且对全文进行总结。难点：由于互联网公司与传统企业在很多方面有着不同的地方，包括盈利方式，经营方式等等，所以在选择企业价值评估方法时要注意灵活运用，并且要针对互联网企业不同时期的不同状态进行评估。预计创新点：在信息不对称的条件下对两家企业进行评估，并且同时与其他业务相似的企业进行比较分析，将两种方法所评估的最终结果进行实际比较。移动互联网类上市公司的内在价值估计:http://www.youerw.com/jingji/lunwen_63947.html
