摘 要：黄金市场对任何一个成熟的金融市场是不可缺少的一部分，其重要性显而易见。我国目前已初步建立了以现货市场和场内有形期货市场为主，场外零售市场作为补充的黄金市场结构。可是，作为一个正在融入全球黄金市场的新兴黄金市场，中国的黄金市场与国外的成熟黄金市场相比仍存在着差距。在当前油价暴跌的前景下，本文主要采用了定性的分析方法，不仅剖析了油价对于金价的影响，还重点分析了我国当前黄金市场的现状、问题，并且给出了一些对策与建议，同时也分析了我国黄金市场未来的发展趋势。58880

Abstract: The gold market is an indispensable part for any of a mature financial market, its importance is obvious.At present our country has initially established in the spot market and futures market as the main venue of tangible, gold market structure outside the retail market as the supplement.However, as an emerging market is integrated into the global gold market, Chinese gold market  compared with foreign mature gold market still exists a great gap.In the current slump in oil prices in the future, this paper mainly adopts qualitative analysis method,analyzes not only the effect of oil prices on the price of gold, but also focus on the analysis of the current situation, Chinese  current gold market problems, and put forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, and at the same time also analyzes the future development trend of Chinese gold market.
