摘要：实现区域协同发展，关键在于产业的协同发展，产业协同是区域经济协同发展的基础和促进力量。本文主要基于对产业协同成发展的探究，总结了产业协同发展的概念和发展机理，通过建立产业协同发展指标体系，使用相关系数分析法研究淮河生态经济带的五个城市2009-2013年的产业发展数据，来定量测度五个城市的产业协同发展成熟度，并且对流域产业协同发展现状及原因进行分析，探寻区域产业协同发展及空间合理布局的内在规律，以期能为区域经济可持续发展提供新思路。58666

Abstrat:The key to achieve the coordinated development of the region lies in the joint development of the industries.The collaboration of the industry is the foundation of the regional economy and the promoted power of the coordinated development . This paper is mainly based on industry collaboration to explore the development of the region, summarizes the concept and development of Industrial Development Mechanism, Through the establishment of industrial co-development index system, using correlation coefficient analysis study in five cities of the Huaihe River Ecological Economic Zone 2009--2013 years of industry data, quantitative measure to the development of industrial synergies in five cities Maturity and collaborative watershed industry development status and the reasons for analysis, to explore the development of regional industrial collaboration and rational distribution of the internal laws of space, with a view to be a regional economic continued development of new ideas.

“一带一路”倡导以经济带的形式，积极主动地发展与沿线国家的经济合作伙伴关系，同时国内也在大力实施东、中、西部和东北等经济开发战略，各个区域经济协同发展的内在规律突出，联系紧密。在此背景下，人们越加重视对区域经济、产业协同发展问题的研究。淮河流域农业文明发达，长期以来，一直致力于水患治理，而忽略了发展流域经济，多个国家级区域开发战略围绕在淮河流域周围，而该地则成为国家开发战略的洼地。针对当前现状，近年来苏皖豫等省提出了构建淮河生态经济带战略构想。淮河生态经济带是指地处淮河干流沿线，以追求生态文明与社会经济协同发展，实现淮河上中下游区域协调发展的“带型”区域[1]（以下简称经济带）。由于区域产业协同发展可以使每个区域合理有序地承担其在整个区域系统中的分工职能，并有效解决各地区产业同构的问题，同时可以使资源配置达到最优，促使区域更好地承接产业转移[2] ,所以淮河生态经济带经济协同发展的重点就在于产业协同发展（本文所说产业特指第二产业）。 淮河生态经济带产业协同发展研究:http://www.youerw.com/jingji/lunwen_63675.html
