摘 要：随着我国经济的高速发展，国人的消费结构逐渐升级，花木消费行业蕴含着巨大的市场前景。沭阳县作为全国著名的花木之乡，花木种植历史悠久，是沭阳农村经济的支柱产业。本文通过分析沭阳花木产业的产业规模、花木收益、品牌建设情况，找出了沭阳花木产业在种植自动化技术应用、规模种植、销售渠道、打造优质品牌等方面存在的问题，通过分析问题产生的原因，提出了加快自动化技术应用步伐、整合花木资源、促进销售渠道多元化和加强品牌建设四个方面的措施，以促进沭阳花木产业的可持续发展。56730

Abstract ：With the rapid development of China's economy, people's consumption upgrades gradually so that flowers and trees consumption industry has great prospects . As a famous county town of flowers and trees, Shuyang has a long history of planting them. This has become a pillar industry of Shuyang. In this paper, by analyzing the planting scale of flowers and trees industry, the farmer’s income and brand construction to find out the problems of the application of plant automation technology , planting scale, sales channels and high-quality brands creating . Through the analysis of the reasons of the existence of problems, we can put forward the following measures, speeding up the pace of automation technology, integrating flowers and trees resources, promoting the persification of sales channels and strengthening the brand construction to promote the sustainable development of flowers and trees industry of ShuYang.

1 引言
由于生态环境建设和城乡绿化的发展，以及农村调整产业结构等刺激因素作用，从2009年到2013年，短短五年的时间，中国苗木花卉种植面积由3.6万公顷增加到23.3万公顷，增长了5.5倍，花木生产规模产扩大非常迅速，我国花木市场的发展潜力巨大 。新建的苗圃主要集中在以下三类地区：大、中城市周边，著名苗木之乡附近，以及“林业六大工程”带动的西部省区。沭阳县地处淮北平原，是传统的农业大县，是中国首批花木之乡，在我国花木产业中有着重要的影响力。
近年来，花木产业迅速发展成为沭阳的一项特色产业、主导产业、优势产业。花木产业的特点显著，规模不断扩大，档次逐渐提升，品种趋于健全，载体持续增加，在转移农村劳动力、促进农民致富、美化城乡环境、繁荣农村经济、发展农业等方面有着重要的影响，促使沭阳经济的外在影响力有了显著提升，同时也促进了全县在政治、经济、文化领域的发展[1]。但受多种因素的制约，沭阳花木产业的发展还存在一些问题。本文将对沭阳花木产业的发展现状进行分析，找出了其发展中存在的问题，希望通过对这些问题的深入研究，找到合理健全的对策，为沭阳花木产业的可持续发展提供参考，做出有力的贡献。 沭阳县花木产业发展中存在的问题及对策研究:http://www.youerw.com/jingji/lunwen_61305.html
