摘 要: 本文通过对灌南县现代农业经济发展现状进行研究对比，总结了灌南县农业发展在农业综合生产能力、高效农业、生态农业和农业科技服务体系等方面的现状和取得的成绩，同时列出灌南县农业发展中存在的一些问题，例如粮食综合生产率低，产量增长缓慢、农产品加工能力低、基础设施配套不齐全、资金投入明显缺乏和土地流转困难等问题。在综合研究灌南县本身发展情况和借鉴其他有关现代农业发展著作的基础上提出了解决灌南县农业经济发展问题的相关措施和一些建议。55601

1 引言
