摘要：科技创新是国家得以可持续发展的生命保证，也是一个国家经济实力和国际竞争力的重要体现。中国自从实行“科技兴贸”战略以后,高新技术产业就得到了迅速的增长，高新技术产品的出口更成了贸易出口的重要组成部分。但是在客观分析海关统计的数据和与相关国家的比较后，我们也发现目前中国高新技术产品的贸易还是存在许多缺陷的，尤其在竞争力方面与发达国家还是存在比较大的差距。同时，在全球经济复苏乏力，外贸需求下降的大背景下，我国当前正面临劳动力成本上升，过去依赖要素投入的增长模式越来越难以为继，部分劳动密集型产品已失去原有的竞争优势等问题。为此，本文以现代贸易理论为指导，首先对中国高新技术产品贸易现状进行调研，然后在客观分析中国高新技术产品贸易发展面临的机遇与挑战、以及当前中国高新技术产品贸易存在的问题和原因的基础上，对中国今后高新技术产品的贸易提出发展建议，从而不断推动中国从“贸易大国”向“贸易强国”的转变。58202

Research on the trade of China's high technology products

Abstract: Scientific and technological innovation is the guarantee of sustainable development of the country, but also an important embodiment of the national economic strength and international competitiveness. China since the implementation of the strategy of "invigorating trade through science and technology", high technology industry get rapid growth, the export of high-tech products became more important part of export trade. But in the objective analysis of customs statistics data and and comparison of relevant countries, we also found the trade of high tech products in China still exist many defects, especially in the competitiveness and the developed countries still exists gap is relatively large. At the same time, the global economic recovery is weak, under the background of the decline in foreign demand, our country are currently facing rising labor costs, used to rely on factor input growth model increasingly unsustainable, some labor intensive type product has lost the original competitive advantage. This paper to modern trade theory as a guide, first of all the trade status of China's high-tech products research, then in an objective analysis of China's high-tech products trade development is facing opportunities and challenges, and the problems existing in the current China's high-tech products trade and for the foundation, to China in the future high-tech products trade put forward development proposals, so as to continuously push forward China from "trade power" to "trade power".
