摘要伴随着近些年来互联网的迅速崛起，涉及方方面面的传统行业都受到了不同程度上的影响，传统的贸易行业就是其中之一。不过，这也是一个机遇与挑战，跨境电子商务在这一时期得到了快速发展，已逐渐成为一种新型的国际贸易方式。跨境电子商务占总规模的比例在中国的进出口贸易中得到了增长。然而，中国跨境电子商务的发展相对缓慢，仍处于发展的初级阶段，在范围内领域还需要巨大的进步。47775
本文首先将对中小外贸企业跨境电子商务发展的研究背景、研究内容和选题的角度进行具体的分析，归纳在研究过程当中碰到的一些问题；其次，介绍跨境电子商务的相关概念及类型；再者，比较传统的外贸模式和跨境电子商务模式，使用经济学理论和一些图例来分析其创造价值和意义，指出为什么杭州中小型企业发展跨境电子商务能给企业带来更高的价值和收益。最后，试从杭州中小外贸企业发展跨境电子商务的环境以及现状入手，分析研究当前时期的一些特性以及遇到的一些困境，做出发展性的策略和建议。
With the quickly development of the Internet in recent years, the traditional industries referring to all kinds will be affected to various degree, and suffer from certain negative impact.One of industries is the traditional trade .However,it is a new century with coexisting chance and challenge. Cross –border e-commerce has made speedy development in this period,and become to be a new way to international trade.The proportion of Cross- border e-commerce continues to climb in total imports and exports .China still exists a huge development space for cross-border e-commerce.At the current stage ,its development grows slowly which is still its infancy and remains to develope .
The report will have a detailed analysis about the background and content of Medium-the -small foreign trade enterpise cross-border e-commerce , the perspective of subject.And,summarize the questions which are encountered during the research .secondly ,it will introduce the concepts and types of e-commerce and cross-border e-commerce.Thirdly , it will compare the patteron of the traditional foreign trade with cross-border e-commerce .Using some legends and econmoic theories analyise how much value these create.And it will state why coss-border e-commerce of medium-the-smell trade in hangzhou bings higher values and earnings .Finally ,it will analyze some characters and difficulties during the reaserch,from current environment.Then make some developmental suggestions and strategies.
