摘要近年来我国经济始终保持中高速发展，在不断深化改革开放的同时加深与世界各国的经贸合作。随着资本市场的进一步开放，大规模的国际资本也持续流进流出我国。尽管我国对于国际资本的进出一直采取比较严格的管制,但国际资本还是容易利用多种途径流入或流出,从而威胁中国的金融、经济的安全与稳定。46628
本文以我国当代经济做背景，首先对影响我国经济的国际资本流动的方式、规模及现状进行概括并探讨流动原因，其次分别论述国际资本流动对我国经济的主要冲击和影响，以2000-2015年间我国资本流动规模等相关数据建立时间序列模型并进行实证研究。在此基础上，研究国际资本流动对中国经济的冲击和影响。

ABSTRACT
In recent years, China's economy maintained high-speed development, deepening reform and opening up while deepening economic and trade cooperation with other countries. With the further opening of capital markets, large-scale international capital has continued to flow in and out of. Although China has been adopting more stringent controls for access to international capital, but still easy to use international capital flows into or out of a variety of ways that threaten China's financial and economic security and stability.
In this paper, our contemporary economic background and the first international capital impact of China's economy flow pattern, size and status quo summarized and discussed reasons, followed by discussion of international capital flows, major impact and influence on China's economy to 2000--2015 years related data such as the establishment of capital flows time series model and empirical research. On this basis, the study of international capital flows and the impact on China's economy.
