摘要市场发行和买卖债券的场所即是债券市场，而其作为金融市场中一个不可缺少的，毫不夸张的说债券市场是一国经济体系中至关重要的部分。而一个成熟且统一的债券市场会对整个证券市场的功能发挥以及效率的提高产生一定的影响。可以说一个优良的企业债券市场发展，能积极地促使我国经济的有序发展。本文主要从我国企业债券市场的发展进行切入,分析了我国的企业债券市场发展中的问题以及解决方案。并从中发现了我国债券市场在发展中存在发展相对缓慢，且其功能也未得到完全有效地发挥，与我国的经济地位严重不相配。而且由于流动性低及各种制度的限制，出现了市场结构不合理等诸多问题。本文就如何解决这一系列问题，有效地促进我国债券市场发展提出了相关建议和政策。46622

我国《企业债券管理条例》是由国务院在1993年时进行颁布的，该条例从颁布至今一直作为对企业债券进行管理的基本法规，我国批准发行的地方企业债券和中央企业债券，所筹得的资金主要是用于技术改造和基本建设项目。而我国的债券的发行历史并不久远，至今仅只有60多年的历史。虽然，目前我国的债券市场的发展已算较为快速，但企业债券市场仍然存在着各种问题，各式各样的非法集资屡禁不止，逾期不兑付的企业债券依然存在，市场化程度上的不足，风险管理约束不足等诸多问题，从这些问题中可知我国的市场经济与发达国家相较仍存在较大的差距，但在我国债券市场存在问题的同时也意着我国在发展的过程中有着更加宽阔的进步空间。 我国企业债券市场发展中的问题及解决方案:http://www.youerw.com/jingji/lunwen_48367.html
