摘要进入2012年以来,我国人口结构逐渐向老龄化发展趋势转变，人口红利开始消失。到2014年年底，我国老龄化人口已经达到了13755万人。同时，伴随着我国老龄化越来越严峻，对我国当前的医疗保险制度改革也带来了空前的影响。本文以我国人口老龄化的结构现状作为研究背景，详细分析了我国现有的医疗保险制度现状， 利用相关研究数据说明人口老龄化影响着我国的医疗保险制度改革，指出现有的医疗保险制度已经不能完全满足我国的人口结构需求，从中发现老龄化带来的我国医疗保险改革的重要性与意义。从而就如何完善医疗保险的改革，建立符合中国国情的医疗保障制度提出相应的对策。46578

1.1.1研究背景
随着人口年龄的结构层改变，接踵而来的人口老龄化，以及老年人口医疗费用的不断上涨等现状的发生，我国的养老保险制度和医疗保险收入、支出等方面都面临着严峻的挑战。
一、医疗保险收入方面，企业及其员工为职员自身缴纳的的部分费用构成了我国社会医疗保险收入的主要来源，然而老龄化的快速发展，4-2-1时代的到来，使得赡养负担、家庭负担逐渐加重，为减轻家庭的负担，越来越多的人放弃缴纳保险金，致使缴纳医疗保险费用的人数直线下降，而与此同时，随着医疗保险的覆盖，更多的社会群体在免费享受着国家的医疗保障。而由政府和企业共同承担医疗费用的我国现有的医疗保险制度，在面对这种窘状时，如果长期以往，定然会造成我国医疗保障基金的“入不敷出”。 人口老龄化背景下的医疗保险改革研究:http://www.youerw.com/jingji/lunwen_48316.html
