摘要随着世界经济的全球化不断加深,越来越多的国家对农产品进口采用技术性贸易壁垒进行限制,尤其是,食品质量安全和农产品中农药最高残留物限量，各国的法律法规对农产品的要求变得更加严格,我国农产品出口必须要面对其带来的严重影响和挑战。短时间内,由于出口成本上升，我国农产品会失去竞争优势,所以农产品的出口受到了一定的限制;依据商务部调差显示，我国90%的农业和食品出口企业受国外技术性壁垒的冲击，每年损失大概90亿美元。可是，从长期状况分析，外国对农产品进口设置的技术性贸易壁垒，客观的提升了我国农产品的技术水平，也相应的完善应对农产品技术性贸易壁垒各种政策法规和树立了企业对外贸易的科学理念，因此我么应该全面的的了解和研究技术性贸易壁垒，在充分了解的前提下分析其对我国农产品贸易的影响，并采取相应有力的措施。45979
