摘要随着现代信息技术的迅速发展，互联网技术开始渗透各行各业，其对金融领域的影响特别突出。建立在大数据、云计算、移动支付及社交网络等基础上的互联网金融，直接推动了市场环境、服务模式和主体需求的变化，逐渐形成了新型的金融工具和渠道，因其支付简单、应用便捷、节约时间等优势与传统金融模式形成了强烈对比，对传统金融模式的发展造成了深刻的影响，积极促进了金融的发展，引发了当今时代的金融变革。45662
互联网金融是一个新兴的发展领域，对于金融行业而言，互联网金融模式的产生蕴含着无限商机。本文通过对互联网金融模式进行研究，总结归纳互联网金融的主要模式，分析其对传统金融模式的影响，结合我国现阶段互联网金融的发展情况，对当前发展存在的问题进行分析并提出相关建议,抓住发展机遇，推动互联网金融迅速稳健发展。

Abstract
With the fast development of modern information technology, internet technology begins to infiltrate every walk of life, especially in the financial field. Internet finance, based on big data, cloud computing, mobile payment, social networks and so on to set up, directly promoted the change of market environment, service mode and the needs of the subject, and gradually formed a new type of financial instrument and channels. Because of the advantages of easy payment, convenient application, saving time and so on, it had a sharp contrast with traditional financial pattern and made a profound effect on traditional finance. But it also actively promoted the development of finance and led to the financial change in recent times.
Internet finance is a new development field. For the financial industry, the emergence of internet financial model contains unlimited business opportunities. By studying the internet financial modes, the article will summarize the main modes of internet financial and analyze their impacts on traditional financial model. Meanwhile, it will analyze existing problems and offer some relevant suggestions according to the development of internet finance at present stage in China. Seize opportunities, and promote the rapid and steady development of Internet finance.
