上海自贸区的建立对香港航运产业的影响

摘要：随着国际的经济一体化进程与经济的全球化的不停推进，国家和国家间的发济上的合作频率越来越高，也越来越发展成为国家经济飞跃发展的支柱，自贸区的建立问题在此时就格外突出。而贫缺一个十分高效的自由港政策或是自贸区一向是上海与世界各大航运中心的主要差异之一。就在是如此的背景下，2013年9月，中国（上海）自由贸易试验区正式成立。上海的自贸区发展的重心之一就是将上海建造成一个多功能的物流航运中心。这无疑会对资格较老的自由港香港造成一定的影响，本论文旨在对上海自贸区的建立可能会对香港造成的物流航运领域的影响做出分析，并重点研究了两地的竞争差异性与区位互补性。43834

研究结果表明，在货物的贸易方面，香港的国际中转中心地位受到了上海的挑战，特别是在中国（上海）自贸区建成后，但在服务的贸易领域上海与香港之间仍存在着很大差距。在两地竞争中，双方定位并不完全相同，上海以货物贸易为主导，而香港则是以服务贸易为主导的，两地的法律政策与自身优势导致了定位的差异。而区位互补性中，两地也存在着互补性，上海能为中国企业走出去提供舞台，香港则为外国企业走进来提供桥梁，而在直接投资当中，上海也是香港的企业可以选择的一个投资目标。同时，上海与香港之间也能够建立合作同盟关系来深化两地的合作。

Influence of China (Shanghai) free trade zone on the shipping industry of Hongkong

Abstract：With the constantly progress made in economic globalization and international economic integration, the economic cooperation between countries is growing more and more frequent. The international business is now the pillar industrial of most countries, that’s why the establishment of free trade zone becomes essential for a country. When comparing with other shipping center all over the world, it is the lack of an efficient free port policy or free trade zone that slows down Shanghai to be the shipping center. In this situation, China (Shanghai) Free Trade Zone was established formally in September, 2013. One of the main objectives of Shanghai FTZ is to help Shanghai to be a multi-functional shipping center in the world. There is no doubt that it will affect Hong Kong in international business. In this article, the analysis about the probably affection that the establishment of Shanghai FTZ may bring to Hong Kong will be presented and the competitive difference and location reciprocity about Shanghai and Hong Kong are also discussed.

The results are presented as followed, in goods trade area, Hong Kong is no longer the trade transit center and is challenged by Shanghai, especially after the establishment of China (Shanghai) Free Trade Zone. But in service trade area, Hong Kong is much better than Shanghai. In the competition, the position of Shanghai and Hong Kong is different, Shanghai is dominated by goods trade and Hong Kong is dominated by service trade. It is mainly due to the self-advantage and government law and policy. When talking about the location reciprocity, Shanghai provides China an opportunity to export to the world, and Hong Kong gives other countries a way to import to China. Reciprocity exists between Shanghai and Hong Kong. At the same time, Shanghai is also a good choice for Hong Kong corporations to invest in. What’s more, the pattern alliance relationship can be established between Shanghai and Hong Kong for further cooperation.
