摘要:家具是人类生活中不可缺少的，也是基础的必须品。在历史悠久的家具行业中，家具的发展伴随着人们生活水平的提高也在不断的进步与改善。自从2005年已来，中国已经跃升为世界第一家具出口大国，全球百分之二十的家具贸易总量是由中国完成的。尽管在2008年经济危机阴霾的笼罩下，中国家具行业遭受了各种不利的因素使得家具出口总量不断减少，但从好的方面来看，这是家具产业升级和发展的一次难得的契机。经济危机过后的复苏阶段，中国的家具行业，尤其是在制造和出口方面的迅猛发展尤其引人瞩目，其发展背后所埋藏着的诸多隐患及行业内部问题的也同样值得我们关注与研究的。38739
在如今家具行业的蓬勃发展中，本文将从研究中国家具出口的现状以及其国际竞争力的实证研究，通过美国国际贸易法院（USCIT）就涉及美国商务部国际贸易管理局对华木制卧室家具第5次反倾销行政复审终裁结果一案切入，对中国家具繁荣发展及有力竞争力的肯定的同时，探讨中国家具出口在发展中存在的问题以及其具有可行性的解决方案，促进中国家具产业的可持续发展，并展望中国家具出口行业今后的发展方向。
