摘要：近年来，受全球经济不景气的状况的影响，中国的经济发展速度开始放缓。我国外贸领域更加不容乐观。上海作为全国经济、外贸中心，其国际物流产业相对较为发达。上海要实现经济的再次腾飞就必须尽快实现经济结构的转型，也就是提升第三产业的占比，大力发展服务型经济。所以，大力发展开放的、清洁环保的、知识密集和劳动密集的服务贸易，是推动上海尽快形成以服务经济为主的产业结构，早日建设成为国际经济、金融、贸易和航运中心的必由之路。而整个大环境形势是自1995年以来至今，中国服务贸易一直保持逆差，而且逆差规模有不断扩大的趋势。虽然上海服务贸易占全国的30%以上，并且2005年上海港货物吞吐量还跃居世界第一大港，但是，作为服务产业，国际物流业在被动地接受外贸经济不景气所带来的影响时，如何顺应上海的城市经济转型的社会背景，使上海的国际物流产业进一步提高服务水平来走出困境？是本课题需要研究的内容。6220

The Feasibility Analysis of Shanghai enhancing international logistics service level in the process of economic transformation
Abstract:     In recent years, China's economic growth rate began to slow down affected by the downturn global economic. The field of foreign trade of China's more optimistic. Shanghai, as the countrywide economy and trade center, the international logistics industry is relatively developed. To achieve economic take-off again we must realize the transformation of the economic structure as soon as possible, is to enhance the tertiary industry proportion, vigorously develop the service economy. Therefore, vigorously develop the open, clean and environmentally friendly, knowledge intensive and labor-intensive service trade, Shanghai is promoting the formation of a service-oriented industrial economy as soon as possible, as soon as possible into the route one must take the international economic, financial, trade and shipping center. And since 1995, the whole environment situation is that China has maintained a deficit of service trade deficit, and size of a growing trend. Although the Shanghai service trade occupies the whole country above 30%, and in 2005 the cargo throughput of Shanghai port is the largest port of the world, but, as a service industry, the international logistics industry to accept the impact of foreign trade and economic recession brought about by the passive, how to adapt to the Shanghai City Economic Transformation and social background, Shanghai’s international logistics industry improve the service level to walk out of predicament? It is what the point that I want to research.
